Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

1 clove of garlic

1 inch of ginger

½ red chilli

Handful of coriander

½ carrot

½ pepper

3 baby corns

Serves: 2​

2 spring onions

Handful green cabbage

Handful bean sprouts

½ lime

½ tsp reduced-salt soy sauce

½ tsp sesame oil

1 tsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Finely slice your garlic, ginger, carrot, pepper, spring onions, green cabbage, corn, coriander and chilli.

  2. Heat your wok or frying pan and add the oil.

  3. Add in all the other ingredients that you sliced up.

  4. Stir fry for 7 minutes on a high heat.

  5. Add in lime juice, bean sprouts, soy sauce and sesame oil.

  6. Garnish with coriander.
