Tomato and Tuna Salad

Ingredients: 

2 large salad tomatoes

1 onion

1 large tuna steak

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Green & red bell peppers

Fresh chives

Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Serves 4

Preparation

  1. Cut the tomatoes, onions and peppers into thin slices.

  2. Slice the tuna steak into 4 pieces, brush generously with olive oil and season.

  3. Place a pan on the heat until it is very hot. Add a little olive oil and the fish strips. Cook for a couple of minutes until the fish is cooked through.

  4. Arrange the tomato on 4 plates. Top with the fish and then the onions. Sprinkle with pepper and chives and season with olive oil and vinegar.
