Sizzling Lamb
Ingredients:
1 small lamb steak (~120g)
2 spring onions
1/3 Chinese cabbage
1 yellow pepper
Ginger, 1-inch piece
1 clove of garlic
Serves: 2
½ red chilli
Coriander (small handful)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp black bean sauce
½ tsp soy sauce, low-salt
½ lime
Preparation

Slice all your ingredients including the lamb into thin strips. Place in a bowl.

In the bowl with the ingredients add in the black bean sauce, soya sauce and lime juice. Mix well.

Heat up your frying pan and add in the oil. Put the content of the bowl in the pan and stir fry. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on a high heat.

Add the Chinese cabbage. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
