400g of salmon fillets
3 cloves of garlic
1 inch (3 cm) of ginger
Small bunch of fresh coriander
2 red chillies (spicy ones!)

Serves: 4
2 teaspoons of garam masala
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
8 almonds
2 tablespoons of olive oil
½ lemon

Chop the garlic, ginger, coriander, your toasted almonds and chilli.

Paste all ingredients in a pestle and mortar or a food processor.

Heat your frying pan at medium heat and add your salmon strips. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side, depending on how you like your salmon.
-
Add a squeeze of lemon for taste and serve with a Crunchy Salad.
