4 large tomatoes   

Small bunch of coriander 

½ red chilli 

Serves: 4 

½ red onion

½ lemon

5 walnuts

Let's cook

  1. Gather all your ingredients before you start. 

  2. Finely chop the tomatoes, onions, coriander and chilli. 

  3. Mix them all together. 

  4. Add the lemon juice. 

  5. Roughly chop the walnuts and add to your salad mixture.

If you want more flavour in your salad, add lemon juice or chilli, not salt!
