Fish Fillet with Peppers

Ingredients:

4 fillets of fish (e.g. perch, salmon, cod)
2 red peppers    
2 cloves of garlic
½ lemon
10 ml olive oil

Serves: 4​

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. 

  2. Cut the peppers into strips.

  3. Peel and chop the two cloves of garlic into thin slices.

  4. Arrange the fish fillets in a baking tray and drizzle them with lemon juice and add the pepper strips.

  5. Put the tray in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven, add the chopped garlic, sprinkle with a little more oil and cook for a further 5 minutes.
